Château Boisson is a stunning estate located at the gateway of Cadillac in the small municipality of Beguey. Overlooking the Garonne River, the vineyard is nestled at the top of a hill above ancient stone quarries. The domain covers about 12 hectares of very old vines where white and red grape varieties evenly share the clay-siliceous soil.

By hand with 3 successive selections, as “botrytis cinerea,” the famous noble rot appears
Vinification
Grapes are pressed smoothly creating a juice that is settled after 24 hours and then brought to fermentation. The wine is blended, fined and put into vats before filtering and bottling
Tasting notes
It has a pale yellow colour. Its nose reveals notes of pineapple and citrus. On the palate, its supple and freshness texture
